vemlor is designed with privacy in mind. We only collect information necessary to provide our services:

• Account data: Email address and name when you sign up for the app
• Contact details: Name, email, organisation. Collected when you use the contact form
• Repository access: The permissions you grant to run agents against your repositories, used only for that purpose
• Usage analytics: Anonymous visitor statistics on this website (see Analytics below)

We never:

• Sell your data or share it with advertisers
• Store the contents of your repositories beyond what a task run requires
• Track you across other websites

This website uses a self-hosted analytics instance (OpenPanel) running on our own servers in Frankfurt, Germany. It uses no advertising networks and no third-party services; data never leaves our infrastructure. Visitor identifiers are anonymised and not linked to your identity. When you contact us or create an account:

• Your data is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS
• We store your details to provide the service or process your request
• Data is not shared with third parties unless necessary for service delivery (for example payment processing)
• Data no longer needed is deleted

Account and contact data are only retained as long as required for the service relationship and statutory retention obligations. After account deletion, personal data is removed upon request.
